During my Christmas stay, I loved the comfort of the room and the excellent facilities provided. The receptionist, Mr. Rohit, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. He even helped us receive parcels from Swiggy, which was a great convenience. Additionally, the hotel's central location allowed us to explore the local market and try delicious local food. The rooftop terrace offered a breathtaking view of the lit-up fort, making our evenings truly memorable.
While there were a few minor issues during our stay, they did not significantly impact our overall experience. the initial broken lock could have been fixed beforehand to provide a seamless check-in process.

We had a wonderful stay at Dera Haveli. the heritage look and feel of the property, including the original flooring in the reception area, added to the charm. the staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was nicely decorated and free from unnecessary clutter. We were pleasantly surprised to find a copy of the Srimadvagvat Gita in our room. The rooftop seating area provided a stunning view of the fort, and as a solo traveler, I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Cons: All was perfect! 😊.

We had an amazing stay in a real and very well maintained old heritage building in the centre of the old town. Our room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a cozy bathroom. the service from the staff was kind and helpful, and the breakfast served at the terrace was excellent. We enjoyed the private terrace with a lovely view of the back alley.
Some of the staff was a little old-fashioned and unenthusiastic.
